EVERY MOMENT COUNTS When you are lost cold hungry or injured hours seem like days and days seem like a lifetime. Rapid response to a lost person incident requires incredible dedication in an allvolunteer organization like OCSAR. The training is endless the hours can be long and the call rarely comes at a convenient time. Experienced searchers know that when someone is in trouble you have to drop everything and grab your gear bag.
