Welcome to CountyWide Chaplaincy CountyWide Chaplaincy is a nonprofit 501c3 organization established in 1993 to provide a chaplain to the scene of any traumatic injury or death within Clark County when requested by the emergency responders. To read our Statement of Purpose go to the About page. CountyWide Chaplaincy extends their services to all fire police and emergency services in Clark County WA. Chaplains are dispatched by CRESA 911.
