The Community Opportunity Fund COF believes that affordable and mixedincome housing can be the foundation of equalizing the poor distribution of opportunity in the US. We advance our work by contributing to theories of opportunity providing platforms for research and data collection and by funding or engaging in the direct delivery services addressing health racial economic environmental and other inequities residents in affordable housing in the US face.
