VORTEX PERFORMING ARTS ABOUT Vortex Performing Arts proudly supports music education and the marching arts in upstate New York. Our flagship program Vortex Indoor Winds is the only WGI Independent winds group in New York. We are 3time WGI A Class medalists fourtime NYSPC gold medalists and threetime WGI Regional Champions. Our newest program Flower City Percussion will be debuting as an independent percussion ensemble in 2025.
