The NWCC membership holistically provides humanitarian services, neighborhood security, and accountability, all aimed at enhancing livability and fostering a thriving business environment in the Pearl District. Our primary purpose is to enhance the community in and around Northwest Portland, Oregon by and through safety measures and enhanced engagement and community involvement; to provide the community a way to come together to discuss ideas and work cooperatively for the good of the public; and to provide the public with a safe, secure, and clean space within which to live, work, play and learn.
