NW Wisconsin Healthcare Emergency Readiness Coalition (HERC)
Integrating local, regional, and national bioterrorism, disaster and mass casualty preparedness initiatives in order to create a seamles response system throughout the State of Wisconsin and the USA. A large portion of the efforts goes to educating and training emergency response and medical personnel in responding to mass casualty events.
