It is CARES Health Network39s mission to advocate for and provide services to underserved persons offering a continuum of care and resources to allow for independence and longevity in their homecommunity setting. In collaboration with businesses in our community we strive to provide resources and services to the aging population on a consistent basis increasing the amount of care in the home and decreasing unsafe situations. Our vision is to lessen the amount of high functioning individuals living in nursing homes due to socioeconomic status.
