LAYBS League Update ALL BATTING CAGES ARE CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. LAYBS SAFETY GUIDELINES LAYBS is committed to the safety and wellbeing of our players parents and fans. Our league has gone through a training with the City of Long Beach and we have been granted ourpermits to continue our softball and baseball program.
