Our Mission Vision The Western Ventura County Employer Advisory Council WVCEAC is an independent nonprofit organization with two primary functions Work to educate employers to deal with employmentrelated issues. Provide lowcost and timely seminars on employment law pending legislation and proper human resource practices. Partner with the California State Employment Development Department EDD to market its services and to promote regulations policies and businessfriendly procedures. This partnership allows our member employers to link directly with local EDD offices for needed services and answers to their questions.
