We aim to empower one another by removing roadblocks for newcomers raising awareness to prevent workplace discrimination and mistreatment and eliminating employment and career advancement barriers. Our vision is to set an example of a supportive community where feminine solidarity cultural heritage and our unique potential are celebrated and appreciated. One of our primary goals is to raise awareness about and prevent national origin discrimination and mistreatment in the workplace.
