Username Password Keep me logged in About Us The California Association of County Treasurers and Tax Collectors CACTTC is comprised of the TreasurerTax Collectors and Finance Directors in the 58 counties throughout California and has been in its current existence since 1981. Prior to that year there were two associations the California Association of County Tax Collectors and the California Association of County Treasurers. The purpose of CACTTC is to promote the general interests of the members and the respective counties they represent to strive for high professional standards and through the exchange of information and ideas by stimulating a friendly and cooperative spirit among the membership.
