Who We Are About Us Grant Programs Onboarding Process Application Launch Pad Graduates Donations More Who We Are The Houston Launch Pad THLP provides job readiness training and support services to underserved of all backgrounds in the greater Houston area and surrounding counties. We promote and practice equal access to services for individuals with limited options to training programs housing and other resources needed to be independent. THLP works with clients and other agencies to increase options for employment and independent living. THLP conducts personal outreach to VETERANS who are unserved and underserved.
