The Corporation will do this by operating exclusively for the charitable purpose of assisting indigent distressed underprivileged and lowincome people ranging in age from teens to adult with drug and alcohol addiction issues who cannot afford to pay for medical or rehabilitative costs by paying for hospital and medical expenses and services doctors nurses inpatient hospitalization and prescription drugs provide housing through payments to third party caregiversfacilities assisting with supplying counselors and providing education on addictions and treatment for both the persons with the addiction as well as assistance and education for their immediate family. The Corporation will make every effort to ensure that financial assistance is payable directly to the care provider for the patient and not payable to the patient except in rare circumstances.
