Its foundational program, Building Blocks Hawaii (BBH), is an early childhood literacy program for 3 and 4 year olds primarily from low income families, dealing with systemic issues behind low literacy. The mission of BBH is to ensure that every child in need has a free, early education foundation with an emphasis in literacy improvement. BBH equips disadvantaged children with the kindergarten readiness skills and support necessary to thrive in school, leading to a future of career success and prosperity.
