VSN Volunteer WorkshopComing Soon Registration Available FREE to All Village Support Network previously called Rockville Area Villages Exchange RAVE is a vibrant nonprofit 501c3 organization that helps developing and newly formed Villages in Montgomery County Maryland and the surrounding areas become mature successful selfsustaining Villages. We secure public and private funding to provide an array of resources and customized support to the Villages that we assist. What is a Village. Villages are local volunteerled organizations that support community members by fostering social connections through activities events and the coordination of volunteers using a neighbortoneighbor model.
