Welcome to Knowledge is Light Foundation We are here to help. The foundation is established for charitable purpose only the objective of this foundation is to protect and help advance the life of the orphans poor and homeless children in the Gambia providing foster homes and promoting the welfare of such children. We establish foster home resource center that provide information accommodation education and recreation facilities to orphans and vulnerable children at the same time establishing programs of continuing youth development with recognized standards of achievement and to enhance social awareness and self pride among children in the Gambia. Knowledge is light foundation encourage and create partnership among national and international charity organizations and voluntary bodies statutory authorities societies and individuals through networking and exchange of information advice and initiation of development programs in furtherance of our foundation objectives.
