PROVIDE STRATEGIC GRANTS, CAPACITY BUILDING, DONOR ADVISING AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE THAT SCALES INVESTMENTS IN A PROVEN MODEL FOR SECURING CLIMATE ACTION THAT ADVANCES ECONOMIC, RACIAL, AND GENDER EQUITY, THROUGH COMMUNITY-SUPPORTED SOLUTIONS. WE DO THIS BY SUPPORTING STATE-BASED MOVEMENT-BUILDING INFRASTRUCTURE TO ADVANCE STRUCTURAL POLICY CHANGE, TRANSFORM PUBLIC NARRATIVES, AND CHANGE THE BEHAVIOR OF DECISION-MAKERS IN ORDER TO ADVANCE COMMUNITY-DRIVE PRIORITIES FOR CLIMATE ACTION THAT DELIVERS EQUITABLE ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITIES, ADDRESSES DISPARITIES IN HEALTH, HOUSING AND JOB QUALITY, SHIFTS PUBLIC NARRATIVES AND INCREASES POLICY RESPONSIVENESS TO BLACK, INDIGENOUS, LATINX, AAPI, IMMIGRANT, AND LOW-WEALTH MULTIRACIAL COMMUNITIES.

Menu POWERING A MOVEMENT The Climate and Clean Energy Equity Fund is building a broad diverse and powerful base of popular support for equitable climate action state by state. We advance climate action and the transition to clean energy by supporting the leadership and organizing of Black Indigenous Latino AAPI immigrant and multiracial communities to lead largescale advocacy strategic communications and nonpartisan civic engagement initiatives. As a leader in climate philanthropy The Equity Fund provides catalytic and sustained funding donor advising capacitybuilding and technical assistance to communitybased organizations in 13 states. In partnership with climate leaders and funders we advance communitysupported solutions to deliver equitable economic opportunities and address disparities in health housing and job quality through a transition to clean energy.
