Society of First Families of Quebec

The Society of First Families of Quebec is a non-profit organization established on June 24, 2022, in Monroe County, New York. Membership in the Society of First Families of Quebec is open to individuals of good character, at least 18 years old, and citizens of the United States. To qualify, applicants must be lineal descendants of someone who resided in, owned land in, or was a chief proprietor of a business within the boundaries of present-day Quebec Province between 1608 and December 31, 1662.

Organizational Structure

The society is incorporated as a non-stock corporation exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. It operates under the motto SEMPER IN MEMORIIS (Always Remembered), and its official colors are blue and white.
