The Friends of the Westbank Community Library District aims to promote the interests and welfare of the Westbank Community Library District as a cultural and educational asset. The Friends’ activities include raising funds and acquiring items for the benefit of the Library, promoting volunteerism for the Library, and any other supporting activities deemed appropriate by the Board of Trustees of the Library.

Friends of the Westbank Library HIGHLIGHTS Congratulations to Janice Sturrock who is the winner of the Happy Houses Quilt raffle. The Friends would like to express their gratitude to the library quilters group who lovingly crafted this beautiful quilt and donated it to our organization as well as all who participated in the raffle. All proceeds support the Teen Scholarship Award Fund. 2024 Scholarship Award Congratulations to Gayatri Srinvasan who was selected by the Friends Scholarship Committee to be this years recipient of our Scholarship Award.
