United Mission to Africa goal is to promote access to basic healthcare and health education It is our mission to provide basic medical care, public health programs, healthcare education, and other healthcare associated needs to the most vulnerable and underserved population in rural West Africa. The primary goal of our programs is to increase access to basic and universal healthcare and improve life for underserved populations.
