Community Informatics Institute Using data information communication and technology to enhance communities Welcome to the Community Informatics Institute. The Community Informatics Institute CII was founded in November 2023 to facilitate positive transformation through community informatics the use of data information communication and technology to enhance communities prioritizing challenges and opportunities in rural or otherwise disadvantaged areas. FCC Grants Radio License to Community Informatics Institute The Community Informatics Institute CII is pleased to announce that the Federal Communications Commission FCC has issued a Construction Permit CP to our nonprofit for a LowPowered FM LPFM Radio station to be located in Vienna Maryland. The station identification will be WVCILP 92.
