SINCE 1982, THE ORGANIZATION HAS IMPLEMENTED COMPREHENSIVE PROGRAMS RANGING FROM THE RESIDENTIAL SERVICES, OUTPATIENT BEHAVIORAL, CHIROPRACTIC AND MEDICAL SERVICES TO THE IDENTIFIED SERVICE AREA IN SUCH A MANNER THAT IT MEETS THE NEEDS OF THE CONSTITUENCY.
