THE CARPINTERIA COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION HAS BEEN FORMED TO HONOR THE SPIRIT OF CARPINTERIA. THE PRIMARY CHARGE IS TO HOST THE ANNUAL COMMUNITY AWARDS BANQUET HONORING THE CARPINTERIAN OF THE YEAR, JR. CARPINTERIAN OF THE YEAR, EDUCATORS, AND LOCAL SERIVICE MEMBERS FOR THEIR OUTSTANDING COMMITMENT TO THE CARPINTERIA COMMUNITY.
