By partnering with the K12 school system local colleges employers communitybased organizations and career centers we are able to provide the resources knowledge career awareness and workplace readiness skills to individuals. Workforce Development Education Training Youth Services Nonprofit Capacity Building Transformative Impact Since our inception in 2020 we have left an indelible mark on our communities having engaged more than 300 young individuals collaborated with over 8 community organizations rendered free soft skill training to more than 85 individuals displaced due to the exigencies of the COVID19 pandemic provided financial literacy and workforce readiness workshops to serve more than 100 individuals in underserved communities facilitated summer externships for 8 teenagers and provided nonprofit capacity building training to more than 10 nonprofit organizations.
