Kitsap Homes of Compassion Kitsap Homes of Compassion Welcome toKitsap Homes of Compassion Established in 2017 Kitsap Homes of Compassion a 501c3 nonprofitwas created to help end the problem of homelessness in Kitsap County by using existing homes to provide safe and affordable permanent supportive housing. Kitsap Homes of Compassion offers Housing Support Services to help people find safe and stable housing in or out of KHOCs Housing Program. We believe that quick and stable permanent housing gives people experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity a chance to have better quality of life and health outcomes. Established in 2017 Kitsap Homes of Compassion has developed a unique innovative approach to eliminating homelessness in Kitsap County Washington.
