Home About FHWC Our Work Workgroups Work With Us Calendar Contact Us Donate More About Us The Flint Hills Wellness Coalition FHWC is committed to promoting health and wellness in the City of Manhattan and Riley County KS. Programs include community wellness assessments workgroups for housing mental health and transportation and the establishment of a Community Care Team. Ongoing Projects Workgroups Priorities identified in the 2022 Community Health Improvement Plan CHIP resulted in the creation of three workgroups focused on improving health outcomes in our community and advocating for policies that have a positive impact.
