Our mission is to serve young women, ages 9 -19, as a vehicle for learning and development through assistance programs, experiential education, instructional partnering, technology, counseling and mentoring. The Foundation was created in part to provide seminars, workshops, mentorhsip programs, scholarships, cultural experiences and college tours to inner-city, female youth in need. Through the organization, pre-teen and teen aged girls will have the opportunity to complete their career goals, receive much needed encouragement and support, gain exposure to environments outside of the familiar and enhance the quality of their own lives.
