Aging Connections of Michiana is a nonprofit grass roots, cooperative venture of individuals & regional organizations working together in partnership to catalyze and promote education and services for the benefit of our aging community. Vision: To be a community resource offering educational programming to meet the needs of the region’s professionals and the community at large. Goals: Develop a wide range of proven educational programs for professionals and community members seeking information & resources. ~Connect member organizations with community members seeking aging resources. ~Collaborate to raise the quality and awareness of aging services
