SAINT AMBROSE ACADEMY EXISTS TO SUPPORT HOMESCHOOLING FAMILIES IN THE ENDEAVOR OF EDUCATING THEIR CHILDREN AND TO PROVIDE A COMMUNITY WHERE FAMILIES CAN SHARE TWO COMMON LOVES: LOVE OF THE CATHOLIC FAITH AND LOVE OF FAMILY. THE HYBRID HOMESCHOOLING SYSTEM OFFERED BY SAA MAXIMIZES THE TIME THE FAMILY CAN SPEND TOGETHER AS WELL AS THE ADDED BENEFITS OF COMMUNITY LIFE THAT A SCHOOL SETTING OFFERS. SAA PLANS TO EXPAND ANNUALLY TO ACCOMMODATE HOMESCHOOLING STUDENTS AND ULTIMATELY OFFER ALL GRADES FROM PRE-K THROUGH 12TH GRADE.

our community Saint Ambrose Academy creates a unique support space for Catholic homeschooling families in the surrounding Pittsburgh area and fosters a spirit of community among participating families. Classical Curriculum We primarily follow Mother of Divine Graces syllabi for grades K through 12th. Preschool and kindergarten include a Montessori program for a 2. 5 hour cycle followed by a physical education class.
