Bend the Mind Metamorphic Academies (BTMMA), is an organization that believes in the power of creativity and expression as tools for personal growth and mental health awareness. BTMMA aims to support underserved communities in healing from trauma caused by social stressors, learned behaviors, and adverse environments. We provide traditional and holistic approaches to break negative generational patterns and improve lifestyles in various domains. Through art therapy, creative expressions, and other programs, participants learn coping skills and gain the ability to heal themselves and positively impact their communities. Taking the initiative one step at a time to help transform and evolve.
