Welcome to Helping Kids Smile Welcome to Helping Kids Smile Help Every Children Smile with Confidence. Many children suffer from untreated dental caries and the lack of access to proper oral health care is prevalent in underserved communities. Helping Kids Smile HKS is a nonprofit organization founded by Julie Sung a Neuqua Valley High School student in Naperville Illinois to advocate such needs. Community outreach Activities Oral Health Presentation Oral Health Presentation Oral Health Presentation Julie visits local schools and community centers to educate parents and young children on the importance of pediatric oral health.
