Our Mission The National Cord Blood Initiative is a nonprofit nonpartisan organization based in Denver Colorado dedicated to increasing the supply and utilization of stem cells from umbilical cord blood for treatment of various diseases like cancer and sickle cell anemia. Our mission is to increase the availability of cord blood as an option for research and relevant medical treatments.
