There will be no cooking demonstrations in the month of December as we prepare for updates in the new year. Mission Our mission is to eliminate health disparities related to race place and socioeconomic position. Methods We are a 501c3 nonprofit that produces live cookalong demonstrations of delicious healthy recipes with short preparation times 3045 minutes and lowcost ingredients less than the cost of a combo meal per serving. Our cooking demonstrations are evidencebased and geared towards people who are at risk for or who have diabetes andor hypertension.
