Menu Philomath Community Services Welcome. Philomath Community Services PCS is a 501c3 nonprofit established in 1991 with our earliest program now called Nancys Food Pantry dating back to 1974. We operate under this Mission We provide locally based programs to meet the basic needs of the people of West Benton County and the surrounding region to sustain healthy resilient individuals families and communities. We presently have five programs that provide food garden education clothing select daily living items and seasonal gift baskets to those local individuals and families who need these services the most.
