TwentyEight19 Home Changing livesin the Linden community Our Mission Making Disciples Our mission is to create lifechanging Christcentered transformations and to provide a safe place to serve and support the Linden Community. Through local ministry partnerships focused on building personal faith and a relationship with Christ we ensure that individuals have a solid foundation to achieve meaningful lives. Find a Program Learn more about each of our programs and how to get involved. On the last Sunday of each month we livestream a worship service which concludes with a large familystyle meal and relationshipbuilding.
