The Kidney Champion Foundation educates historically marginalized and underserved communities about kidney disease while fighting for inclusive and equitable access to care. 💚 The Kidney Champion Foundation is dedicated to improving the lives of historically marginalized and underserved communities of people at risk for or living with kidney disease. Our goal is to uplift their voices and provide them with the resources and support they need to take their lives back from kidney disease for a healthy quality of life. We do this by educating them about the disease while advocating for inclusive, and equitable access to care.
