To achieve these goals, we utilize the therapeutic community approach with an emphasis on academic success. Dimondale Adolescent Care Facility assists its residents in forming positive family and community relationships and facilitating family reunification through the use of a multi-systems best practice model. Dimondale’s transitional program strives to achieve greater permanent success for our residents by providing post-placementservices and support.
