The Association is dedicated to stimulating interest in and providing knowledge about the natural history of the Sonoran Desert as well as the Cabeza Prieta National Wildlife Refuge which is home to many rare and endangered desert plants and animals. Although we share the name Cabeza Prieta we are not associated with nor do we have any relationship with the Cabeza Prieta National Wildlife Refuge. We do use their lands educate the public about its natural history and support its mission to protect these Sonoran Desert lands for generations to come.
