Welcometo Columbia CARES. We are honored to have served our community over 30 years and we celebrate the lives that have touched our hearts and those we are yet to serve. So many changes have taken place in the world of HIVAIDS since 1992 but in some ways many things havent. There are HIV people still afraid to tell their family and friends because of stigma.
