Delivering Hope in East Tennessee ETHRA serves a core group of 16 counties in East Tennessee with some services extending to 6 additional counties. ETHRA's mission is to provide services throughout the region that help families and individuals remain independent and with opportunities to succeed.We provide a range of services from transportation for medical, employment and other purposes to nutritious meals for fragile senior citizens and at-risk school-age children.
