The Bay Area Tumor Institute (BATI)
The Institute provides patients and the public with free access to investigational protcols and therapies for cancer treatment and prevention. It also provides free consultations to patients with either head & neck cancer or melanoma. Continuing Education programs are provided to cancer nurses.

The Bay Area Tumor Institute After over 50 successful years of serving the East Bay community dedicated toimproving the rates of cure and diseasefree survival for cancer patients while discovering more effective and humane ways to deliver cancer care via participation in the nations most scientifically advanced communitybased effort to cure control and prevent cancer theBay Area Tumor Institutehas concluded its work in cancer research and community services. The BATI NCORP completed clinical research activities in July 2024. There are no active protocols. We are most grateful for all the support and dedication from our community that impacted cancer care over the last five decades.
