Collectively Reducing Health Disparities And Improving Community Health Communities Lifting Communities We work to provide transformational systems change and promote intercultural health equity in Southern California. Strategic Initiatives Local coalitions work as a cohesive network of stakeholders to achieve optimal community health improvement. Health Equity Innovation Lab A virtual space to identify priorities and strategies to address social drivers of health inequities collectively by bringing together multisectoral stakeholders to codesign humancentered solutions and identify priorities and strategies. Birth Equity Initiative A multisector collaborative initiative to reduce infant deaths and improve patient experience and safety for Moms and birthing families in Southern California.
