Change Can Happen Inside The Gates Many individuals and families in our community who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless are struggling. Theyre falling through the cracks due to the gaps in needed services. Together we can help these vulnerable families by opening the Gates to Change Outreach and closing those gaps. Helping and empowering those experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless to make sustainable life changes.
