We are committed to lifting up communities by meeting the needs of women affected by the devastation of trauma. Through interactive workshops, educational seminars and coaching, TWELC inspires hope, develops insight, and provides practical application to recognize and remove barriers created by trauma. Trauma and its long-term effects are wounds that demand urgent treatment. Justice-system impacted women have become progressively trapped in cycles of violence, drug dependency, social and economic poverty and incarceration. TWELC’s mission to treat the whole woman disrupts the cycle of trauma, closing the door to recidivism.
