Be the Transformational Change | Miss International Queen USA

To create lasting solutions to employment barriers, social injustice, and homelessness for the LGBTQIA+ community through the power of events that inspire change and programs focused on educational outreach, made possible by the generosity of our donors. Our Why Today, nearly half of LGBTQIA+ workers report experiencing some form of unfair treatment at work in their lives. Trans individuals are twice as likely to experience job denial or discrimination. In their lifetime, 17% of LGBTQIA+ people report being homeless at some point in their lives, compared to 6% of the general population.
