Where Passion Meets Literacy Education Improving the English literacy of immigrant and refugee children Our Mission To help immigrant and refugee children in South Carolina increase their English literacy and diminish learning loss that happens during the summer. Focus on Literacy Our nonprofit focuses on improving the English literacy of immigrant and refugee children by offering a safe and supportive summer camp centered on English literacy. We use culturally relevant literacy strategies and innovative techniques to engage students. We also provide books to families through donations from our annual book drive.
