Wrap Around Services Free for Qualifying Adopted Youth Join us for a FREE April WORKSHOP Trauma Informed Parenting for Foster Adopted Youth WHAT we do Wrap Around Care provides a comprehensive holistic family and community driven way of responding when adopted children or youth experience serious health or behavioral challenges. Wrap Around Care puts the child or youth and their families at the center of the solutions crafted. Through bringing in both natural and professional supports and the perspective and familys ideas about what needs to be done the family is wrapped in support. WHERE we serve We serve the following Counties in Northern California WHO is involved Each Family Team Consists of Each role in the Family Team has their own special purpose within the family dynamic designed to support and help youth and their families through each stage of the Wrap Around process.
