The mission of Empowering HER Destiny is to empower, educate, and expose 7th-12th grade Black girls to opportunities to access their destinies. Through programs, service learning, field experiences, and mentoring, girls enter our program to explore various parts of themselves to determine what is their purpose and how do they make decisions for their future which aligns to their purpose.

I created Empowering Her Destiny so not another Black girl has to go through life not knowing who she is what her passions are and what the possibilities can be for her. FounderCEO Confidence Confidence motivates young girls to try new things build their selfworth and communicate their needs to others. LeadHERship Through a depth of understanding of self young girls are not afraid of being who they are no matter what they face. Authenticity When girls are comfortable with themselves they accept who they are and accept others for who they are.
