Menu South Boston Foundation South Boston Foundation Established in 2018 the South Boston Foundation entered into a Declaration of Trust with the Massachusetts Port Authority Massport to provide funding for youth programs and recreational facilities in or benefitting the South Boston community. The 2025 application for funding is now open. Applications are due on or beforeApril 30 2025. Grant decisions will be made by the end of May 2025 and will be made public at that time.
