Project Positive Change – Supporting Those Who Serve: Veterans, First Responders, and Their Families

Project Positive Change is dedicated to enhancing the physical and mental well-being of veterans, front-line workers, and individuals with complex trauma or PTSD, and their families by offering comprehensive, holistic, evidence-based therapies. Our approach treats the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—by combining alternative therapies with evidence-based practices to promote healing, emotional resilience, and community reintegration. Sound Healing Therapy: Our program incorporates evidence-based research in music therapy, group drumming, and sound meditation to help individuals process trauma, reduce anxiety, and improve emotional regulation.
